About Me

My name is Sarah Martin, and I’m a proud Plainwell lifer, wife, and mother to a beautiful daughter. Gardening has been a passion of mine for over five years, and I use my own yard as a trial garden to experiment with sustainable practices and plant combinations. I hold an associate's degree in Sustainable Horticulture and Landscape Design from Kalamazoo Valley Community College, where I gained hands-on experience in design drawings, pest management, plant identification, soil testing, and plant nutrition. "Right plant, right place" is more than just a motto to me—it's the guiding principle behind every design I create.
